Privacy Policy

ValidFlat is built to protect renters, not profile them. On this website we collect a small amount of anonymous usage data so we can improve the product. We do not sell or share your data with advertisers, and we do not store anything that identifies you personally on this landing site.

• Anonymous analytics events. Page views and button clicks, along with the page path and a short session identifier generated in your browser. No name, email, IP, or device fingerprint is stored alongside these events.
• Session identifier. A random ID kept in your browser's sessionStorage for the duration of a single tab session. It is cleared when you close the tab.
• No tracking cookies. We do not set advertising cookies and we do not use third-party tracking pixels.

• Cloudflare — hosts the website at the edge. Standard request logs (IP address, user agent) may be retained by Cloudflare for security and abuse prevention as described in their privacy policy.
• Supabase — stores the anonymous analytics events described above.
• Google Fonts — serves the Inter typeface used on the site.

If you choose to use the scanner at app.validflat.com, you may be asked to provide additional information (such as an email address to save your scan history). That product has its own privacy notice presented in-app. Data you submit for scanning is processed solely to produce a risk analysis and is not shared with third parties for marketing purposes.

Because this website does not store information that identifies you personally, there is nothing here for us to delete on request. If you have used the scanner app and want a copy of, or deletion of, the data tied to your account there, contact us using the address below and we will action it within a reasonable period.

ValidFlat is intended for adults making rental decisions and is not directed at children under 16.

We may update this policy as the product evolves. Material changes will be reflected by updating the “Last updated” date at the top of this page.
